Processing Time: In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipment.
Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Area: We currently ship to the continental United States and Washington, D.C.
Unavailable Areas: We currently do not ship e-bikes directly to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. islands.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

14-Day Return Policy
Freego offers a 14-day return window after delivery. Bikes must be unopened, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging to qualify for return.
Customer-initiated returns are subject to return shipping costs and a $400 fee per bike for original shipping, handling, and repackaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by Freego are not subject to return shipping charges.
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled and will follow our standard return process.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing may take 2–4 weeks.
Accessories, parts, customized items, special orders, and final-sale items are non-returnable.
